Exchanges and Shipping

Exchange policies will vary by designer and piece.  To confirm if an item is final sale or eligible for exchange within 10 days of delivery please email support@bestkept.com or ask your stylist.  We do not accept returns.

To be eligible for an exchange, email support@bestkept.com. Items returned after 10 days will not be processed. Special order items are final sale and may not be canceled or exchanged.  Best Kept is not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable.

If the exchange item was a gift, Best Kept is happy to work with the gift recipient to find a new piece of equal or greater value.

Shipping typically takes 3-5 days.  Items are insured through delivery and require a signature upon receipt.  Let your stylist know if you require expedited shipping.  Please note that Best Kept is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service.
